1 1/2 to 2 lb boneless Beef Texas-Style Ribs
1 cup Allegro Marinade, Hickory Smoke flavor
* salt and pepper to taste
Pour marinade over beef in a gallon-sized sealable plastic bag. Seal and turn bag to coat. Refrigerate 20 to 30 minutes.
Heat charcoal 30 minutes until covered with a light layer of gray ash, or heat gas grill on High 10 minutes with lid closed.
Grill beef 4 inches above Medium coals at 375 degrees F. 6 to 8 minutes per side.
Season ribs with salt and pepper, if desired, and serve.
