1/3 cup Pompeian Light Olive Oil
1/3 cup buttermilk
1 box (18.25 oz.) Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
1/2 cup chopped Hill Country Fare Walnut Pieces
3 H-E-B large eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups mashed ripe bananas
1/2 cup Hill Country Fare Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 Tablespoon Pompeian Light Olive Oil
Heat oven to 350°F. Heavily oil a bundt pan with Pompeian Light Olive Oil and dust with 2 Tablespoons flour.
Combine the chopped walnuts and chopped chocolate tablet in a small bowl and set aside.
Combine the cake mix, buttermilk, Pompeian Light Olive Oil, eggs and mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer on medium speed and beat the cake batter for 2 minutes.
Spoon the filling into the batter and stir once with a spoon (do not over stir). Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake on the center oven rack for 45 minutes. Cool cake 15 minutes and then remove from pan.
Combine the chocolate chips and Pompeian Olive Oil in a saucepan and melt the chocolate over medium heat, stirring constantly with a spoon. Pour the chocolate into a bowl to cool for 15 minutes. Drizzle the chocolate over the cake and serve.
