1 lb. Atlantic salmon fillet
• salt & pepper
4 Maryland style crab cakes
• H-E-B Diablo Orange and Chipotle Splash
Pre-heat oven to 425°F.
Butterfly salmon filet and season with salt and pepper.
Lay crab cakes in center of salmon and fold over to the middle.
Pour splash over entire fish and bake for 20 minutes.
