Makes:

Ingredients

5  cups  arugula leaves, torn

4  cups  pluots, sliced

1/4  cup  pine nuts, toasted

2  donut peaches, sliced

3  tablespoons  raspberry vinegar

1/2  teaspoon  Dijon mustard

5  tablespoons  olive oil

1  pinch  sugar

1/4  teaspoon  salt

*  pinch pepper

Instructions


Toast pine nuts for 5 to 8 minutes in 350 degrees F oven or toaster oven.

Combine dressing ingredients; mixed together well.

Arrange salad ingredients in bowl.

Combine dressing with salad.

Sprinkle with pine nuts.
