2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup yellow corn meal
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup grated romano cheese
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup corn oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In one bowl, combine first 2 ingredients.
In another bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients.
Combine egg mixture with flour mixture and blend well.
Dough will be stiff.
Pat down dough into 1/2 inch thickness, then roll and cut into desired shapes.
Bake on greased cookie sheets for 30 minutes
