1  whole turkey (thawed completely)

•  Tony Chachere's Injectable Marinade

•  Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning

•  oil for frying


Remove giblets and rinse turkey with warm water.

Inject turkey with Tony Chachere's Injectables Marinade as indicated on package.

Generously sprinkle inside and outside of turkey with Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning.

Deep fry whole turkey in 3-4 gallons of oil at 325°F for 3 1/2 minutes per pound.
