1 12 ounce bag frozen H-E-B Fully Cooked Italian beef crumbles
1 31.85 ounce box Chef Boyardee® Pizza Kit (kit includes marinara sauce and Parmesan cheese)
1 tablespoon oil
8 ounces shredded mozzarella or pizza-blend cheese (2 cups)
1 red or green bell pepper, seeded and cut into rings
1 2.25 ounce can chopped black olives, drained
1 cup chopped green onions, including tops
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Heat beef crumbles in microwave according to package directions.
Meanwhile, prepare crust from pizza kit according to package directions; let stand 5 to 20 minutes. Cut bell pepper and onions while dough stands.
Spread dough in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Spread 1 cup marinara sauce over dough. Layer 1 cup shredded mozzarella, then all the beef crumbles over dough. Spread with remaining marinara sauce, 1 cup mozzarella and Parmesan from pizza kit; arrange pepper rings, olives and green onions over top.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes, or until crust is browned and cheese is bubbly. Remove from oven; cool 5 minutes. Cut into squares and serve while hot
