24 Cup Cakes
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 package Betty Crocker Supermoist Devil's® Food Cake Mix'
1 tub Betty Crocker Rich and Creamy or Whipped Vanilla Ready-to-Spread Frosting
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place paper baking cup in each of 24 regular-size muffin cups. Beat cream cheese, sugar and egg in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips; set aside.
Make cake batter as directed on package. Divide batter among muffin cups, using about 1/4 cup batter in each cup. Top each with 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until tops of cupcakes spring back when touched lightly. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Remove from pan; cool completely. Frost tops with frosting. Sprinkle each with a few chocolate chips
