1 bag H-E-B Frozen Wild Rice
2 Tbsp. canola oil
4 (6 oz.) boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt
2 red apples, sliced
2 c. Central Market Organics Low Sodium Chicken Broth
Prepare wild rice according to package directions. Set aside and keep warm.
Preheat a medium sauté pan on Medium-High. Add oil. Season chicken with curry, salt, and pepper. Add to hot pan and cook 5 minutes on each side.
Add apples and chicken broth, and cook an additional 5 minutes on Medium heat.
Serve over wild rice.
