1/3 cup mayonnaise (regular or reduced fat)
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup red and/or green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup toasted pecan pieces or honey roasted peanuts (optional)
1 can (15 oz) HEB Very Young Tender Peas, drained
Place mayonnaise in a medium-size bowl.
Add celery, bell pepper, cheese and pecan pieces or peanuts; stir to combine.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Gently stir in peas.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
