![]() Instructions ![]() Heat oven to 425°F. Spray a 13 x 9-inch-baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
![]() Cook the green beans according to package directions, drain and set aside.
![]() Combine the olive oil, shallots in a microwave safe dish, cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High power for 1 minute and set aside. Place the mushrooms in a microwave safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High power for 4 minutes. Combine the cooked green beans, onion olive oil mixture and mushrooms in the prepared baking dish and set aside.
![]() Place 1/2 box of HEB Garlic Onion Croutons in a food processor and process for 10 seconds or until croutons are in coarse chunks.
![]() Evenly spread crushed croutons and chopped red pepper over the green bean mixture. Bake the green bean casserole on the center oven rack for 15 minutes. Stir the casserole & serve hot.
