2 cans (6 oz.) Chicken of the sea chunk light tuna drained
2 cups Chopped H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go! Apple slices
1 can (11 oz.) Hill Country Fare mandarin orange sections drained
1/2 cup H-E-B key lime or pina colada light yogurt
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 loaf Frozen H-E-B multi grain artisan bread
Combine drained tuna, chopped apples, drained mandarin orange sections and yogurt in a medium-size bowl and gently stir to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Prepare the frozen H-E-B Multi Grain Artisan Bread according to package directions. Cool bread for 10 minutes and then cut in half lengthwise. Add the almonds to the tuna salad. Spread the salad on both halves of the bread and cut each half into 8 servings.
