shredded H-E-B Mexican Blend or Jalapeño Jack Cheese

H-E-B Fully Cooked Beef or Chicken Fajita Strips, chopped

Tia Rosa Corn or Flour Tortillas

H-E-B Fresher Lasting or jar Salsa
![]() Instructions ![]() Prepare guacamole according to package directions and set aside. Combine onions, shredded cheese and chopped fajitas in a medium-size bowl; toss and set mixture aside.
![]() Heat a large skillet or griddle over high heat for 3 minutes. Place 2 to 3 tortillas on hot skillet and heat for 1 minute. Turn tortilla over and scoop 1/3-cup fajita mixture in the center of each tortilla. Fold each tortilla in half and heat for 1 minute. Turn quesadilla over and heat 1 more minute or until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden brown.
