1/4 cup H-E-B Steak Seasoning
1/2 cup flour
3 pound Chuck blade roast
1 yellow onion, sliced
8-10 small red potatoes, cut in half
2 stalks celery, quartered
10 baby carrots
1 can (14 oz.) beef broth
In a large bowl combine seasoning and flour. Place roast in bowl and coat all sides with flour.
Using a large non-stick skillet add oil and brown all sides of roast until very golden brown.
Add roast to crock pot. Add remaining flour from bowl and all remaining ingredients. Season with additional steak seasoning to taste. Cover and cook for 2 - 4 hours.
