1 1/2 lbs. fresh fish filet (salmon, tilapia, snapper, etc.)
3 Tbsp. Adams Reserve Lemon Pepper Sear N Crust
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
1 lemon, sliced
Coat fish with Adams Sear N Crust until surface is dry to the touch.
Bring a large skillet to Medium-High heat; add oil and heat until hot and shimmering.
Add fish (skin side down) and cook 5 minutes, or until skin is crisp and golden. Flip and cook another 4-5 minutes.
Plate fish, garnish with parsley and serve with lemon slices.
