6 servings (2 Tacos Each)
1 12 ounce package battered fish tenders
1 12 count package taco shells
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 small onion, chopped (optional)
2 cups H-E-B shredded cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook fish fillets according to package directions and set aside.
Remove taco shells from package and place on baking sheet. Carefully separate taco shells and overlap edges. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes.
Place one fish fillet in each taco shell and top with lettuce, tomato, onion and H-E-B shredded cheddar cheese
