Ingredients

1  container  low fat apple yogurt

2  cups  HCF Apple Rolls

1  apple

Instructions


Place yogurt in a medium-size bowl and set aside.

Place Apple Rolls cereal in a plastic food bag and crush with a rolling pin; place in a shallow plate.

Wash and cut apple into 16 slices.

Remove seeds from each slice.

Dip each apple slice in yogurt and coat with crushed cereal.

Place coated apple slices on a plate and enjoy
