1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Wild Gulf Brown Shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Select Sauced Creole Okra
1 jar (16 oz.) H-E-B Creamy Tomato Herb Soup
Heat the oven to 450°F. Spray a 2 quart baking dish with non-stick spray. Heat rice according to package directions, spread evenly on bottom of prepared baking dish and set aside.
Combine shrimp, okra and soup in a microwave safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high power for 8 minutes. Spoon evenly over rice in baking dish and bake on center oven rack for 15 minutes or until the soup begins to bubble.
