1 cup H-E-B sour cream, regular low fat or fat free
1/2 cup Crumbled feta cheese with sun-dried tomatoes and basil
3 cloves H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Garlic chopped
8 oz. (1/2 pkg) H-E-B cappelini pasta
1 pkg (16 oz.) Frozen H-E-B broccoli normandy
4 cups Frozen hill country fare easy peel raw shrimp, medium size peeled & deveine
In a large bowl, combine sour cream, feta cheese and garlic. Season to taste with salt & black pepper. Set mixture aside.
Add pasta to boiling water, but after the first minute of boiling, add Broccoli Normandy and shrimp to boiling pasta. Allow water to return to a boil and cook pasta mixture for 2 to 3 more minutes. Drain pasta mixture thoroughly.
Add hot pasta mixture to sour cream mixture and toss gently. Serve immediately
