20  ounces  93% Lean Ground Turkey

1  Tablespoon  Ottavio Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1  teaspoon  each Adams Thyme, Jalapeño Flakes, Ground Cumin and Salt

1  jar  Texas Two-Step All Natural Tomatillo and Green Chile Stew Mix

1  cup  Central Market Organics Chicken Broth

2  ears  fresh sweet corn-on-the-cob, shucked (husks and silk removed)

1  can  (15 or 16 ounce) black beans, rinsed and drained

8  ounces  EZ Melt or Velveeta cheese, cubed, plus 1 cup heavy cream


Heat a large, deep skillet or medium stockpot over Medium-High heat 3 minutes. Add oil; heat until very hot but not smoking. Add turkey; break into small pieces with edge of spoon until turkey just begins to brown.

Add Adams seasonings. Cook until turkey browns thoroughly and no pink color remains. Pour in stew mix and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.

Meanwhile, cut corn from cobs with a sharp knife. Rinse and drain beans. Stir corn, beans and cheese into stew. Reduce heat to Medium; simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Stir in cream; heat and serve
