1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 c. Hill Country Fare Southern Style Hash Browns
1/4 c. Hill Country Fare Walnut Pieces
1 Tbsp. H-E-B Olive Oil
1/2 c. shallots, thin sliced
1 pkg. (16 oz.) H-E-B Select Thin Green Beans
1 jar (2 oz.) H-E-B Diced Pimientos
Spray a 13 x 9 baking dish with non stick spray. Add the H-E-B Cream of Mushroom soup and potatoes to the prepared baking dish cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high power for 5 minute: set aside and keep warm.
Meanwhile, combine the walnut pieces, olive oil and sliced shallots in a small skillet over medium heat. Stir-fry the walnut shallot mixture for 4 minutes and set aside.
Prepare the green beans according to package directions in the microwave (5 minutes). Arrange the green beans over the mushroom potato mixture and top with the toasted walnuts shallot mixture and pimientos. Toss and serve immediately.
