1  bag (16 oz.)  frozen Hill Country Fare Cauliflower Florets

1  package (1.25 oz.)  Hill Country Fare Country Gravy Mix

2 to 3  tbsp.  grated parmesan cheese

1/4  cup  crushed Italian seasoned croutons (optional)


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 7 x 11-inch (2 quart) baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. Prepare cauliflower according to package directions. Drain well and place in prepared baking dish. In a small bowl, blend gravy mix according to package directions. Pour uncooked gravy mixture over cauliflower and top with Parmesan cheese and crushed croutons, if desired. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until heated throughout.

Quick Mushroom-Cheese Sauce: Cook cauliflower according to package directions. Drain and set aside in serving bowl. Place 1 can (10 1/2 oz) cream of mushroom condensed soup in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and 1/3 cup milk, stirring to blend, until heated throughout and cheese is melted. Pour mushroom-cheese sauce over hot, cooked cauliflower and serve.
