6  ears  fresh ears or corn

1  bunch  green onions, chopped

1  tablespoon  butter

1  cup  heavy whipping cream

1  teaspoon  salt

1/2  teaspoon  ground black pepper


Husk corn and remove silk. Use a sharp knife to cut kernels from ears of corn; cut corn as close to the cob as possible. Chop green onions, including tops.

Melt butter in a large skillet over Medium heat. Saut´ green onions 2 minutes.

Add corn and cream. Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to Medium-Low and let simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper and serve.
