1 package Batter Cake Mix (18.5 oz.)
1 cup Azar Chopped Walnuts
1 cup Hill Country Fare Old Fashioned Oats
1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
1 can Hill Country Fare Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce (16 oz.)
Heat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
Combine cake mix, Hill Country Fare Old Fashioned Oats, eggs, canola oil, and ginger in a large bowl and stir. The mixture will be thick. Using your fingertips evenly spread1/2 of the mixture onto bottom of prepared baking dish.Reserve the other 1/2 of mixture for the topping.
In a separate bowl gently stir the whole berry cranberrysauce. Evenly spread the cranberry sauce on top of preparedcrust. Pinch and press pieces of the reserved mixture andscatter them over the cranberry filling.
Bake 35-40 minutes or until light brown. Let bars cool for30 minutes. Cut into 24 portions.Add-ons: 1/2 cup chopped almonds or pecan
