Ingredients

1  c.  H-E-B Sugar

1  c.  H-E-B Pomegranate Juice

1  pkg. (16 oz.)  fresh or frozen whole cranberries

1  c.  thin-sliced tangerines, clementines or mandarin oranges

2  Tbsp.  thin-sliced mint leaves

Instructions


Combine sugar, pomegranate juice, and cranberries in 4-quart saucepan. Bring to boil over high heat, cover, reduce to medium low, continue cooking 15 minutes. You will hear cranberries popping.

Stir in orange slices and allow sauce to cool. Stir in mint and serve.
