10 to 12 minutes
2 1/2 dozen cookies
1 cup H-E-B unsalted butter softened
1 cup H-E-B sugar
1 cup H-E-B brown sugar
2 large H-E-B eggs
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
1 3/4 cups H-E-B all purpose flour
2 envelops (1.27 oz.) H-E-B whole grain oatmeal with cranberry
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups Walnut pieces
Pre-heat oven to 375. Cream together butter andsugar until pale and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Set aside.
In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients.
Add dry ingredients to butter mixture in 3 parts.
Fold in walnuts.
Drop cookies with a teaspoon onto a non stick cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
