1 can Crab meat
1/2 c. crumbled cotija cheese
1/2 cup H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® pico de gallo
12 Wonton wrappers
* Vegetable oil
Combine crab meat, cheese and pico de gallo in a bowl. Toss to mix.
On a non stick baking sheet lay out six wonton wrappers. Fill each with 1 teaspoon of crab mixture. Brush edges of wrapper with water and fold to close diagonally. (Repeat with remaining wonton wrappers.)
In a frying pan, add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom of the pan. Over medium heat, pan fry wontons on each side until golden brown.
