1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning (Tony Chachere's or Zatarain's)
1/4 tsp. cayenne hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 container H-E-B Lump Crabmeat
1/4 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cremini mushrooms, stems removed
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5 inch baking dish.
Stir cream cheese, Colby-Monterey Jack cheese, Old Bay Seasoning, Cajun seasoning, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl until smooth. Stir in crabmeat and bread crumbs until evenly blended. Spoon cheese mixture into mushroom caps; set filling-side-up in a prepared baking dish.
Bake 7 minutes; set oven to broil and broil until tops are crisp and brown, about 3 minutes.
