1 box (8 1/2 oz.) Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 can (8 1/2 oz.) cream-style corn
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon oil
* non-stick spray
Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Stir together muffin mix, corn, milk and oil in a medium bowl until blended. Do not over mix.
Lightly coat the inside of an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with non-stick spray. Pour bread batter into pan. Bake 20 minutes until knife comes out clean when inserted in center of bread.
