1 medium cucumber, sliced into coins
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. fresh dill, snipped
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Place cucumber slices in a colander over a plate. Sprinkle with salt, toss, and set aside 10 minutes. Rinse and drain well.
In a medium bowl, combine vinegar, dill, sugar and pepper.
Add cucumbers and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 15 minutes before serving.
