8 oz. small elbow macaroni, uncooked (1/2 package)
1 medium tomato, chopped (1 cup)
4 green onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 container (16 oz) HEB chunky chicken breast with BBQ sauce
1 package (8 oz) Shredded 6 Cheese Mexican Blend
2 cups corn chips, lightly crushed
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain well.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked macaroni, tomato, green onion, chunky chicken breast, cheese and crushed corn chips.
Spread mixture in prepared baking dish and loosely cover dish with foil.
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes or until lightly browned.
