Classic Tuna Casserole

1  8 ounce package  H-E-B dry egg noodles

2  6 ounce packages  H-E-B albacore tuna pouch, drained and flaked

1  10.75 ounce can  Hill Country Fare cream of mushroom soup

1 1/2  cups  H-E-B frozen peas

1  4 ounce jar  Harvest Moon diced pimientos, drained

1  3 ounce can  Hill Country Fare real fried onions


Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9 X 13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

Cook the noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.

Combine the tuna, cream of mushroom soup, peas with liquid, drained pimientos and noodles in a large mixing bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour tuna noodle mixture into prepared baking dish.

Sprinkle the Hill Country Fare real fried onions along the outside edges of the casserole. Cover casserole with foil and bake on center rack for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 10 more minutes or until the tuna mixture is bubbly and the onions are crisp.
