1 pound fresh Salmon Fillets
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup regular or reduced-calorie mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons Cookwell & Company Fin and Feather Marinade
1 Tablespoon Adams Reserve Citrus Seafood Rub
Heat oven to 450 F. Spray a large baking pan with non-stick spray.
Place salmon on pan, skin-side down. Combine ingredients for sauce in a small bowl; spread over salmon and top with bread crumbs.
Bake 15 minutes or until salmon just begins to flake when tested with a fork and color turns from translucent to opaque. Remove from oven. Let stand 2 or 3 minutes; cut salmon into 4 portions and serve while hot
