Halibut steaks, cut 3/4 to 1-inch thick

nutmeg

tablespoon
oil

tablespoon
butter
1/2
cup
orange juice
4
teaspoons
Worcestershire sauce
4
teaspoons
fresh lemon juice
![]() Instructions ![]() Blend flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg in a shallow bowl.
![]() Dust each side of halibut steaks with flour mixture.
![]() Heat oil and butter in a large, non-stick skillet over Medium-High heat.
![]() Cook halibut 4 minutes per side if ¾-inch thick, or 5 minutes per side if 1-inch thick.
![]() Combine orange juice, Worcestershire and lemon juice; add to skillet.
![]() Raise heat to High and bring liquid to a boil.
![]() Cook for 2 minutes until sauce thickens and glazes fish.
![]() Spoon sauce over fish while cooking.
![]() Serve immediately
