cornstarch

![]() Instructions ![]() Mix oil, paprika, lemon juice and chicken, stirring gently.
![]() Heat a large nonstick skillet 1 minute over a medium high heat, then place chicken in skillet, cover.
![]() Cook 3 minutes.
![]() Cook Rotini according to package directions.
![]() Turn chicken over.
![]() Spoon vegetables in spaces between chicken pieces.
![]() Mix orange juice, cornstarch, salt and pepper; pour over vegetables.
![]() Spoon jam evenly over top of chicken.
![]() Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 7 minutes.
![]() Drain Rotini and pour onto serving platter.
![]() Place chicken on top, then pour over.
![]() Serve immediately
