1 bottle Cookwell & Company Fin & Feather Citrus Marinade
2 Tablespoon butter
3 Tablespoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons Adams Reserve Egyptian Basil
2 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 Tablespoon heavy whipping cream
Melt butter in a small saucepan over Medium heat. Add garlic, mustard and basil.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat to Medium-Low and simmer to reduce mixture by half.
Remove from heat and stir in cream. Place in a small pitcher or bowl; cover and chill.
