1 each Ruby grapefruit & large naval orange peeled and sections removed
2 H-E-B Fresher Lasting Jumbo Avocado Halves sliced
2 slices H-E-B Ready Fresh Go Sliced Red Onion separated into rings
1/2 cup H-E-B Queso Fresco crumbled
1 bag (12 oz.) European mixed salad greens
1/2 cup H-E-B Texas Twists® creamy avocado or mango margarita salad dressing
Layer the grapefruit and orange sections and avocado slices in a large salad bowl and toss to coat avocado with citrus juices. Top fruit mixture with onion, queso fresco and salad greens.
Cover salad with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes or more. Before serving toss salad and serve with each individual salad with H-E-B Twister Creamy Avocado Salad Dressing to taste.
