Ingredients

1  Tbsp.  Hill Country Fare Olive Oil

1  Tbsp.  fine chopped cilantro

1  tsp.  fresh grated lime peel

*  juice of the lime

1/4  tsp.  Hill Country Fare Fajita Seasoning Spice

Instructions


Combine the olive oil, chopped cilantro, lime peel, lime juice and fajita seasoning in the bowl that the steamed vegetables will be served.

Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds. Add 4 servings of your favorite steamed and drained vegetables and toss.
