Ingredients

1  cntr. (8 oz.)  crab meat

1/2  c.  H-E-B That Green Sauce

1  cntr. (2 oz.)  pico de gallo, any flavor

1  cntr. (6 oz.)  plain nonfat Greek yogurt

•  zest and juice of 2 limes

1/3  c.  cilantro, chopped

1/4  tsp.  salt

1/4  tsp.  pepper

4  c.  Central Market Organics Mixed Greens

Instructions


Strain any excess moisture from crab and the pico de gallo in a strainer or clean cloth kitchen towel.

Combine first 6 ingredients into a bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Add salt and pepper and either toss with greens or place salad on top of greens.
