4 H-E-B Fresher Lasting jumbo avocados
1/2 cup H-E-B Texas Twists creamy cilantro cotija salad dressing
1 can (8 oz) Pineapple tidbits drained
1/4 teaspoon Crushed red pepper
1 green onion chopped
1 cup Shredded monterey jack cheese
Combine jumbo avocado halves and 1/3 cup of H-E-B Texas Twists Creamy Cilantro Salad Dressing in a zipper bag and marinate for 30 minutes. Refrigerate until ready to grill.
Combine remaining H-E-B Texas Twists Creamy Cilantro Salad Dressing, crushed pineapple, red pepper and chopped green onion in a small bowl; toss to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside.
Heat coals or grill to medium heat (375F). Brush hot grill with olive oil to prevent sticking. Grill marinated avocados on each side for 4 minutes. Top with shredded cheese and pineapple salsa. Serve warm
