1/2 c. chocolate or hot fudge ice cream topping, divided use
1 nine-inch prepared chocolate crumb pie crust
1 pkg. (8 oz.) H-E-B Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
2 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 large or 8 small chocolate peanut butter cups, frozen
Drizzle 1/4 cup of fudge topping over bottom of pie crust and set aside.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add whipped topping and whisk to blend.
Spoon mixture into pie crust. Chill 4 hours or until firm.
Before serving, chop candy into small pieces and sprinkle over pie. Drizzle remaining chocolate over top. Cut into slices and serve.
