Icing For 1 Bundt Cake
1/2 cup Hill Country Fare semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 Tablespoon Pompeian light olive oil
Combine the chocolate chips and Pompeian Olive Oil in a saucepan and melt the chocolate over medium heat, stirring constantly with a spoon.
Pour the chocolate into a bowl to cool for 15 minutes.
Drizzle the chocolate over the cake and serve.
