1 1/2 cups
1 cup Hill Country Fare semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup H-E-B heavy cream
Melt the chopped semi sweet chocolate with the heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and let cool about 15 to 20 minutes.
Whisk the chocolate mixture a little to thicken a bit.
Use the Ganache to frost cakes, dip fruits or drizzle over cookies.
Save left over chocolate Ganache in closed container.
Heat stored Ganache on low to slightly melt before using.
