2 pkgs. (8 oz.) H-E-B Fresher Lasting® avocado chunks
1/2 cup H-E-B sour cream, regular light or fat free
1/2 cup H-E-B chipotle salsa picante or your favorite flavor
2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
6 H-E-B Harvest Moon™ spanish stuffed olives sliced
1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B tortilla chips
Place the avocado chunks in a food processor bowl and process for 10 seconds or until chunky.
Stir in sour cream, salsa picante & lemon juice with a spoon and season to taste with salt & pepper.
Place the dip in a bowl and sprinkle with sliced olives. Serve dip with the H-E-B Tortilla Chips.
