2 tsp. Central Market™ Organics Coarse Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. Central Market™ Organics Light Brown Sugar
2 Knorr Mini Chipotle Cubes, crumbled
2 tsp. Central Market™ Organics Garlic Powder
2 lbs. beef chuck boneless rib strips or 4 t-bone steaks
Combine the crumbled Knorr Chipotle Bouillon Cubes, light brown sugar, black pepper and garlic powder on a pie plate. Press each side of rib strip in the chipotle rub mixture.
Spray the grill rack with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking. Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375°F). Place rib strips on grill rack. Cook each side for 6 to 7 minutes or until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 150°F for medium doneness. Allow grilled meat to rest 2 minutes and then serve.
