1 bag (12 oz.) H-E-B Fully Cooked® Fajita Chicken Thighs
1 cup chipotle flavored enchilada sauce
4 large burrito sized tortillas
1 can (14 oz.) refried chipotle black beans
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen H-E-B Steamable Rice with Corn and Poblano
2 cups H-E-B Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
Palce fajita chicken and enchilada sauce in a microwave safe dish. Heat according to package instructions. Set aside.
Meanwhile lay tortillas out. Divide refried beans equally over the tortillas.
Heat rice in microwave according to package instructions.
Divide rice equally and place on top of beans. Follow with chicken.
Sprinkle each with 1/4 cup of cheese.
Roll into burritos and serve.
