4 cups torn fresh spinach
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup chow mien or rice noodles (about half of a 3-ounce can)
2 red grapefruit, peeled and sectioned (about 1 1/2 cups)
1/3 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
* Sesame Citrus Dressing
Combine all ingredients except dressing in a large bowl.
Add dressing to taste and toss gently.
