1 package H-E-B Teriyaki Chicken Breasts or boneless, skinless chicken breasts, fully cooked
3 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon dry ginger
1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
12 cups salad greens, washed and slivered or shredded
2 cups chow mien noodles or 1 package ramen
1 to 2 cups slivered carrot or celery
1/2 cup toasted almonds or peanuts
2 to 4 tablespoon chopped green onion
Cook chicken in a skillet or on a grill according to package directions. Cut into slivers.
Mix the dressing ingredients in the bottom of salad bowl. Whisk together.
Add remaining ingredients, including chicken.
Toss together and serve right away.
