1 pkg (15 oz.) Hill Country Fare Refrigerated Pie Crust
1 tub (16 oz.) H-E-B Fully Cooked Chicken Chile Verde
1 can (10.5 oz.) Hill Country Fare Healthy Cream of Chicken Soup
1 container (7 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go! Diced 3-Color Bell Peppers
Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
Unroll 1 pie crust and pat to fit in a 9-inch pie plate.
In a separate bowl combine chicken, soup and peppers. Fill pie shell with mixture.
Top pie with remaining crust and cut a small vent in the center of pie. Bake for 30 minutes or until pie is a deep golden brown.
