Ingredients

1  lb.  H-E-B Seasoned Fajita Beef, Chicken or Pork, thin sliced

1  Tbsp.  Hill Country Fare Canola Oil

1  pkg. (7 oz.)  Hill Country Fare Vermicelli (Fideo)

1  c.  H-E-B Chunky Salsa Picante

1  large  tomato, chopped

1  zucchini, thin sliced

Instructions


Heat Cocinaware Grande Family Pan on high heat for 3 minutes. Add sliced fajita meat and stir-fry until all liquid is evaporated and meat is browned (about 6 minutes). Add cooking oil and vermicelli. Stir-fry until vermicelli is a light golden brown (about 2 minutes).

Add salsa picante, chopped tomato, sliced zucchini and 1 1/2 cups water; stir. Lower heat to medium low for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
